Founded in 1988 as KİSAN İnşaat A.Ş., KİSAN GROUP is one of Turkey’s pioneering organizations in the field of traffic safety. Beginning its operations as the first private company in Turkey’s road marking sector, KİSAN has continuously expanded its product range and service capacity over the years, achieving a powerful position in both domestic and international markets.
Headquartered in Istanbul, KİSAN possesses an integrated structure that generates solutions at every stage of highway traffic safety. Its scope of operations, which began with road marking applications, has expanded today to include the production and installation of traffic signs, steel guardrail systems, and the manufacturing of road safety equipment. Consequently, KİSAN holds the distinction of being the only company in Turkey that manages design, production, and implementation entirely in-house within the traffic safety sector.
All production activities are carried out at modern facilities spanning 12,000 m² on a 50,000 m² site located in the Sakarya 2nd Organized Industrial Zone. At these facilities, the following are manufactured to high quality standards:
- Thermoplastic and two-component road marking materials,
- Traffic signs and supporting structures,
- Steel guardrail systems,
- Road marking paints, glass beads, marking machines, water jets, and acrylic resins.

With its extensive machinery park, robust technological infrastructure, and experienced human resources, KİSAN ranks among the top five leading companies in Europe. KİSAN GROUP employs approximately 400 full-time staff members, a figure that rises to 600 employees during the peak application season in Turkey between April and November.
