MACHINERY FLEET
Located in the Sakarya 2nd Organized Industrial Zone, our modern facilities span a total area of 50,000 m² with 12,000 m² of indoor space. These facilities are equipped with an advanced machinery park that reinforces our leadership in Turkey and Europe.
This technological infrastructure ensures seamless and high-efficiency processes across our core operational areas:
- Horizontal Marking: Fully automated reactors and precision mixing units that define the quality of thermoplastic, two-component, and cold road marking materials.
- Vertical Signage: Production and installation of warning and informational elements, such as standard and informational traffic signs, in compliance with international standards. With an average annual production of 50,000 m² of traffic signage, we meet approximately 50% of the total demand across Turkey.
- Guardrails and Construction: Manufacturing of steel guardrail systems and traffic sign support structures using CNC-controlled cutting, bending, and welding equipment that ensures millimetric precision.
- Application Expertise and Fleet: We maintain an extensive fleet of application vehicles to ensure that manufactured materials are applied in the field with maximum speed and accuracy.
Our Application Fleet
Our core equipment consists of:
- 12 Cold road marking machines.
- 14 Truck-mounted (Mercedes/Volvo) thermoplastic road marking machines.
- 10 Truck-mounted thermoplastic heaters.
- 4 Truck-mounted high-pressure road marking removal (hydro-blasting) vehicles.
Logistics and support services are managed by a fleet including 12 crane trucks, 10 open/closed box trucks, 45 pickup trucks, and 60 passenger vehicles.
